I feel like in these spaces the solutions that we're given are very like consumerist and it's all about buy this product that's specially for neurodivergent people. So many of those so-called solutions that anybody so many people are happy to sell you what ends up happening is they don't work um inevitably they stop working, then they become just another site of shame and failure which only reinforces all of the issues that you had at the beginning. You have to hunt for more solutions then because once you start going down this arc it's hard to differentiate between whether you are the problem or the thing that you're consuming is the problem.
