Vaccine Demand Is Not Inevitable
Scientists believe in honconke, it's almost as though theywere a victim of their own success. That meant people thought, well, this virus isn't that bad because it's not in my community. And so then they think, well, there's no reason for me to get the vaccined. In places where governments have successfully introduced strategies lock downs and test an trace to keep covert at bay, then it was really beholden to them to ramp up demand for vaccenes.
