She finds in norma mc corvy, the artist, also known as jane roe, a test plaintiff because she wants to have an abortion. Ruth bater ginsburg actually has kind of a chequered past with roverss wade. The protection for it just wasn't as strong as she wanted it to be. It does feel as if that supreme court decision has this tone throuwout of 'it's not really our business'
