The Benefits of ACT in Business Coaching
ACT is an acronym for cognitive behavioral therapy. It was originally developed by people working with mental health issues or distress. The model is largely looking at developing and fostering its concept called psychological flexibility. For me personally, it's not spending all my time worrying. And I use those as a guide for my behavior rather than just whatever thoughts or feelings show up.
