David Chank is a world renowned chef and founder of the momo fuc restaurant group. He has a new documentary series on netflek called ugly delicious. Growing up in norther virginia, it wasn't that cool to eat cream or curry. When i started cooking professionally, those were the foods that i never wanted to touch.
