Antibiotics for Pseudomonal VAP

I don't obviously routinely give more than seven or eight days of antibiotics for someone with pseudomonal VAP. I do extend therapy for people who were excluded from these trials. And what you'll probably find is that a lot of the patients that you take care of would not have qualified for that trial because they were too sick.
