Don't Compare Yourself to Other People

Just because somebody trains 20, 30, hours a week does not mean that they are going to suddenly have a 400 wat threshold. So you can't, ye, don't compare yourself to other people too. That's the first way to really feel bad about yourself and your training. Keep your head down, focus on yourself. Congratulate other people on their successes. But don't compare across. And i'm personally jealous, because mine is perfectly average.
