Y, I Love the Single Leg Work That You're Doing

I love the little bit of jump roping you're doing to keep om pliability health into the achilles tendon and the calf. As you geting older, i be roll ing big lifts and jumps. And then you're talking about pliometrics, which you can do as you're skipping. For me, the gim is purely for injury preventionlike stimulation of like the hormon response. It's not really too to get stronger anthon really. So i do a little bit of strength with that, just to keep the body healthy for running.
