The Inertia of Recurring Meetings

Sometimes the meetings are compensating for structures that don't exist elsewhere. If there are no other points of connection, you know, between the project team and the cto, then those meatings are never cancelled. The more support structures you have in place, the less syncrenous we all have to get on zoom.
