I think these very large companies become poster childs for the tendency of what firms are doing at that moment. In every amazon meeting, there's an empty chair. And the empty chair symbolizes the customer that is not there. The suppliers play bank fuel te growth, provide capital for amazon's growth. But it feels a little bit like it's out of balance systemically,. i think where my head is with this idea that there's something going on, maybe in capitalism globally, but definitely in american capitalism, that feel s out of balance in an unsustainable way.
