Is Meal Frequency Affecting Your Energy?

Meal frequency has an impact on whether someone chooses to have let's say a smaller number of larger meals or a larger number of smaller meals across the day. People believe that if you just give consistent smaller portions keeping the energy and take the same but keeping smaller portions throughout the day that people will never feel hungry they'll always just feel mildly satiated throughout the days that goes on. There's obviously different depending on your lifestyles or how you work or what your day today is like it's there's a lot of variability and that's been published in a lot of studies.
