i think we have to always be testing commitment on the ar of the prospect. If a customer is not re ding, then chances are they have lost commitment in some way. I just got this email yesterday, actually, at nine 24 a m from a client. She's had a deal stall for four months with no interaction on start dates. The point is she took the initiative and created her own urgency.
