What's New in the Language Servers?

Eclipse has superadvanced refactoring capabilities, like you can change the order of perometers with a key press. It just changes all the call sites. But even before, i also remember using, like borlan c plus plus builder. Like, there's so many ides and stuff like that in the past that have just had these things standard. That really what's new.
