Urban planning is an interesting, wide-ranging career for people who want to consider it. The city that I work for yachos is fully developed and there really are no greenfield properties around all of the redevelopment sites. Everything you do has an impact on someone who's already got a home or a business next door. We're always trying to create more housing opportunities in most of the country.
