The Benefits of Option Premium Investments
The option structure really is a way to work with companies where we're interested in building a relationship with them, helping them develop the type of company that we would like to acquire. So it sits a little bit between just us making a straight equity or debt investment and M&A. We kind of think of it as maybe the best of both worlds. It could be a mix of what we call option premium, which is an investment that's wholly non-dilutive to their cap table.
