How to Use Surveys to Reach Your Customers
I would have assumed that there are ways that you can reach out under the guise of, hey, we're doing customer research to understand who someone is. I don't think it's a good user acquisition channel because there are a lot better ways to engage with users like in a quick email. But from a data collection standpoint, it's a great way to understand users and understand how to better market to them by knowing what their triggers are.
