Is It a Good Idea to Hire a Product Manager?

Raght: I think that when you hire really good people, good ideas an comeom anywhere. And so you might have an exceptional product idea coming from any part of the team. We want to be cautious with hiring too quickly on rolls it that we might not necessarily if we hit a down turn or sothing like that. So on the product side, we're trying to keep that very limited for now.
