How Do You Write in Omniscient?

The second act for my heroine is the moment in which she has to leave her home physically and go into another person's home. So every story will be different but certainly it's that call to moving forward into the second act which cannot be turned away from. In one chapter we have the third person point of view we have a scene from Lady Margaret's perspective and then we'll have something from Lord Nicholas's perspective. What was the choice there to have those two alternating perspectives and what was gained by that that would have been lost if you had just had LadyMargaret's perspective? When I wrote this book I tried this book was actually an exercise.
