The paper that I wanted to talk about is called Long-Prime to Germanal Centers with Enduring Affinity Maturation and Clonal Migration. So in this study, they used an HIV envelope protein immunogen in Rhesus macaques. They also gave the macaques boosts a little bit later. But what was really interesting is that the macaques that received articles that allowed for longer antigen presence had dramatic changes in their memory responses.
