The best way to deal with an offer is to simply overcome the anxiety. Go through a mock negotiation, like you can do this with a friend or better yet, if you can find somebody who does this professionally. The last thing that i would do is read up on those tactics. Once you take that step back and things become more objective, now we can start to create a strategy hat we can leverage.
