Yair's Search for a Being

I hope a subject like Yair placed into a narrative like this, it's almost undeniable that he is a British person formed by the same memories and the same experiences that we all have had. He sort of grows up in the 90s watching television, binge watching sitcoms and things that we've all sort of seen and heard. So he's searching for a becoming. Do you think he wants to take part at any point? There's a beautiful moment where Yair writes about his mother's watching TV and the, to quote, stories that were not their own, but in which they made room for themselves regardless.
