joe mark witt: I want to talk about certainty, yo and personalitypes ret. The first element is the ingrained human need for certainty that everybody has regardless of their personality type. And then there's the way that uncertainty impacts us as individuals. i think this is actually a big node in a lot of systems around why people feel a sense of anxiety or lack a sense of purpose.
