The Frustration of Central Banks

I have a sense of dreads really about the forces which I see. The Fed and a lot of people understandably look at stock markets. And if they look at any economic data, it's the employment. So I'm sensing a big disturbance in the force. But on a par with 2008, we were saying the frustration that I have is back then from about 2006 or so,. there were strategies that could aid and assist your breaking in markets.
