The Recession: How Firms Learned From 2008
I feel like we're in a period of uncertainty, even more so than the average. I think one of the things firms learned from 2008 is that they've really been hiring more conservatively. It just felt like they were just throwing like money around in like 2006 era. So I think that's all good that people are hiring smarter and able to make offers to everybody that they hire.
