I really love your cost of delay and cost of incident models that you're working on. They're extremely useful for sort of creating a business case around things that are visible, but maybe not easily quantifiable. So I'm curious to know how you're approaching organizational problems in a similar way right? We are fairly straightforward to understand and measuring quantifier as the organizational issues can be a challenge.
