"I learned quite a lot from my talk therapy and I learned about how your brain works," she says. "It's an innate survival thing for all humans, is that you remember negative things more than positive." The challenge helped her rewire herself to be like 'Oh, no, because you had a happy episode, she did something new that day' And it just meant the automatic reaction wasn't negative. It was, I had, I had positive things that my brain couldn't possibly turn negative.
