Is There a Universal Basic Income?

Four point three million children live in poverty. We have to address both the poverty from a structural issue, but we also have support communities to support families that are living in poverty. So i, along with many other academics, think that acturally, we need to have a universal basic income. Because if families don't have enough to live on, the thing that people can e cut in their household budgets is food. And so that's the first thing. You can subsidize your food.
