The Role of Protein in Muscle Growth

Up to 400 milligrams of muscle tissue can be lost within the first one to two weeks, you know, obviously depending on the individual. So from a nutrition point of view, what we want to do is swoop in or even educate players before it happens. We also get people to sort of take creatine, so 10 grams a day for the first two to three weeks and then dropping back after that.
