Billy Ray: My goal in doing this podcast with you is really just to have the strike end. I feel like my role as a producer is basically well suited for that because as producers, we, our whole job, one of our whole jobs, is to bring people together. And there's always conflict, and there's always people on opposite sides. So when you're in the creative process, writers and studio executives disagree on notes all the time,. directors disagree with writers, directors disagree with actors.
