When do you think we should pursue radiation versus surgery for ofthese patients with lower extremity weakness and spinal cord compression? So here it depends a lot on what the prime wat, the primary malignancy you're dealing with is. If you can radiate the ilusion and there's not too much in the way of cord compression, if they still have some room in the inthe spinal canal, the miloma patients do quite well. That does you to a point o wha weha talked about initially, but didn't get too much into, which was spinal stability.
