Ego Is Any Identification With Form?
Ego is a false sense of self based on mental concepts. When we say that it simply means, it sounds like some great achievement, or it's not. I all it means is i'm no longer identified with my thought processes. The more you can be aware that you are identified with things, you create a space that separates you from the thing. What is ego? A new dimension of consciousness that comes from a deeper level of yourself.
