The Power of Consciousness

When we're in some state of suffering for discontent, if we can see the particular defilement in the mind that's causing the suffering, it might be conceited. As soon as i could name out, that's just mana. You don't see iit in that way, it was amazing. The whole thing just fell away, and i settled back back into the present moment and just continued with my practice. So the important point here end, and it has quite a general application, that can be so helpful and so shrieking.
