The Russian Foreign Policy in Ukraine
In an article for reflux, you argued that russia's dealings with ukraine have been disastrous. You say Russia acts as if ukrane were russia and is therefore unable to perceive the country in any sort of objective manner. The invasion plan seems to have been predicated on this belief that ukrane would either welcome the russian forces or would be very easily cowed. But i wonder what of some other examples of that dynamic of Russian inability to properly perceive political situation in ukraine.
