I'm very, very proud to be here and like I said earlier proud of all of you all showing up. And this is this group and this program has saved my behind. We're going to cover a whole bunch of ground today. One of the things that we've noticed that this group was only like 40 people and one or two people were dropping the ball or something. It's not that big of an issue right? But when we're as big as we are and people are dropping the ball that potential problem is greatly magnified.
