How to Disinhibit Behaviour
Our personality is our patterns of behavior, em. We're not the same person with our grannie or our mum as we are with our mates. And your brain learns through those passions. The old patterns don't disappear. They're still there, and they re surface in times of stress and poor sleep. So basically, i think this is why a lot of people m during lock down have experienced brain fog. That's what my latest book is, beating brain fog. But that was in exist whill, not in existence t wasn't written. I had got my book deal to write it long before covert exists.
