I've Had a SAD Lamp on an Alarm Clock for a Long Time.
We went to the Arctic Circle and we were in proper 24-hour daylight. I remember feeling so confused because my part of my brain was like, it's daytime,. But then a bunch of my boys were like, well, you know, you're exhausted, man. You've had a bit to drink. You should be going to bed. And it was the most confusing, weird sensation to be in just broad daylight around the clock.
