The Importance of Intentionality

Over optimizing our idea of fun sort of wrecked the fun before it started yeah. In psychology we call it subjective well being and once you start to quantify things right let's say on a scale to one to ten let's say whatever you're trying to optimize for hits a nine where do you go from there? I've done it for 15 years so I have a whole host of memories to look back on all sorts of really interesting relationships because I've made these connections  I feel really good about the impact that I've made in the world.
