Why Should I Buy a Purse That's Worth 13 Hundred Dollars?

i asked myself, what is the point of owning something so fancy and expensive that even when it majorly inconveniences you, it is too prohibitively valuable to simply just discard and move on? And at this point in my life, it's kind of hard for me to identify with the version of me that happily spent four figures on a purse. I really don't think i could see myself doing that now,. Not because i don't love designer things, but just because i don’t think i would want something badly enough. Maybe i would, but i don't know.
