Are the Gentiles as Deserving of Hell?

Acts 28 is very clear on this, that that the israelite people had become callouse. They thought they don't need god because they're t good, their righteous. Because they have become callouse, grown callous and been given over to that callouse heart, the scripture says, verbatum, otherwise they might see here, understand and turn and i would heal them.
