Antitrust and the Consumer Test

Anti trust is based off a basicly borick university of chicago that says, it's about consumer harm. The number of f t c and d o j investigations open to every year has declined 80 or 90%. So you have basically antitrustes a sleep at the switch because of this consumer test. We don't know what we're missing. Retail is really straggling right now.
