What's the Problem With Voice Content?

The problem with voice content and the problem with some of these new forms of content is it's the very first time that a lot of us have ever tried to deploy content to a voice interface. So one of the things I say in my book is, you know, as opposed to a website we've got multiple websites under our belt. We know how content works on a website for the most part that we've worked with in the past. When it comes to a voice interfaces, however, a lot of these things might remain in flux.
