The Challenge for Ray and His Management Team

Bridgewater a. was once one of the biggest hedge funds in the world, but now it's been taken over by private equity firm Apollo Global Management. Ray O'Neill made his fortune on low-fee products like bonds and stocks that are negatively correlated to stock prices. He says he saw many people who read the word and then implemented the word, and they did it poorly. And so i think that's the challenge for ray and his large management team is to pushed the culture down without losing it.
