WebAssembly - The Only Language Suitable for Wasm
Charles Maxwell: WebAssembly is rewrite algorithms in your favorite programming language with all of their garbage collection overhead that compounds against the JavaScript garbage collection on the web. He says people had the wrong idea about it because it was pitched on the slides, you know, because conference slides are so much different from reality. "You can only use languages that don't have garbage collection except for the pure fun and joy," he adds.
