In Rotterdam, an algorithm is being used to determine whether or not people should be covered for welfare. Zwarta Pita: The way in which a machine learning algorithm is being rolled out in a welfare system is very important. She says it makes sense from the xenophobic perspective of states that are trying to drain risk pools and application of insurance logic. Or do you support this idea? Do you disagree with ZwartaPita?
