The Underground of Atheists in Middle Eastern Countries

I know there's an underground of atheists in Middle Eastern countries. They are waiting for the day where they can come out and speak freely without being imprisoned or having their families assassinated, etc. I'd have to look that number up. What kind of intelligent designer brings a dog into your life? And when I had great Danes, it was what? Seven years? Seven year lifespan? I'd haveto stop having large dogs because my heart couldn't take losing a dog every seven, eight years. Dogs would live a hundred years, at least. Or at least my lifetime. Is that selfish?
