What's the Difference?
Almost 21 thousand participants were recruited from 600 villages. The salt substitute had ten thousand 504, and that was 300 villages. And the regular salt group had ten thousand 492 participants, also 300 villages. Four thousand, 172 patients died in that time frame, which is 20%. They had 20 % mortality in their cohort,. But it did, to me, emphasized how different rural china is to my kind of sense of what people are like. It is a very different world.
