N. Kim: I think the most frustrating thing for product managers if you have something fail and you don't know why. The learning is so, so valuable that it gives you ammo or it gives you fuel to go and pursue the next iteration because now you know what not to do in order to get back in the same place. N. Kim: In addition to answering the question, throw out one guilty pleasure or one exercised item, something like a squishy ball or going and seeing a really silly movie.
