Alice could see that Octavia had gotten closer to Nev as they spoke. She gripped the branch with her clawed paws and waited for the exact right second to get to the apple. Alice threw off her backpack and had her hands inside of the top pocket. She procured a large book with the words Snow White scrawled across the cover in fancy silver cursive. She tore it open and it glowed golden with light, another portal but this time one that would take the final item of the evil three to ever after for good. It didn't take Alice long to figure out why. The entire place was collapsing. With the apple gone, the magic was beginning to disappear.
