How to Change Your Brain With Practice

There is so much research that we can actually change the neural pathways in our brains with practice. The more that you practice your brain does learn and I think it's important to remember that your brain is listening to everything that you say to yourself all of the time. We are extremely hard on ourselves. What I am asking of people is to change the way that they think, to change the ways that they talk to themselves. And I'm saying that if you're motivated, you can do it. It has long lasting and actually amazing impact.
