There's a process in layers learning where do lose your identity if you're really, really doing it seriously. The biggest stress in emersion programs is tis like loss of identity. But what you find at the end of them is that there is a new person there. And i don't have to be all of myself. I can be this part of myself where certain aspects of my personalityre amplified, and certain ones sort of diminished. That allows me new perspectives into looking at myself come.
